After much anticipation the national jam in the mile high city could not have been more of a success, teams and practitioners alike came together from all around the country to do what we all love most. The first day everybody hit the ground running, between the elevation and the grueling conditioning everybody pushed themselves to the max to keep up with the best of the best.

Since our inception as a team and professional instructors/trainers in Parkour and Freerunning, we have always maintained a focus on offering our services to Police, Military, and Emergency service personnel. As a training modality, Parkour offers strength and conditioning benefits that are unlike any other discipline out there. In addition the skills one can gain from training to overcome any obstacle and maneuver through any environment, are of great use to the men and women charged with keeping the peace and protecting civilians.
