Denver, Colorado National Jam 2009

After much anticipation the national jam in the mile high city could not have been more of a success, teams and practitioners alike came together from all around the country to do what we all love most. The first day everybody hit the ground running, between the elevation and the grueling conditioning everybody pushed themselves to the max to keep up with the best of the best.

Miami’s finest represented our community to the fullest. The first day consisted of training at the red rocks amphitheatre followed by a 2 hour hike to the top of the flat irons, the man by your side was truly your best source of motivation for reaching the top. Day 2 was spent downtown at the infamous cat fountain followed by a friendly competition of ninja warrior at Apex. Day 3 everybody gathered at CU, another day spent meeting new people, challenging yourself, and in general having the time of your life being able to practice with so many different groups and mentalities that all have a hand in making Parkour/Freerunning what it has become, and all it will be in the future.
